I used to do OrangeTheory and SoulCycle 5-6 times a week and restricted myself with phases of “no carb” weeks. This ultimately made me super tired and it became too easy to binge on the weekends which caused me to gain some weight.

Once COVID hit, I started working with Dalton, and we now workout 2-3 times a week! I’m down 18 pounds in just a few months and I am no longer exhausted after exercise. I’ve cancelled all my group fitness memberships and plan to continue working with Dalton even after COVID because I am seeing the best results with him compared to any other workout program I’ve done before. So happy I found him!
