Warm-Up: Dynamic Stretches

For the most part, regardless of exercise specificity, we will follow a standard and similar dynamic warm-up up exercise routine, as it really does a good job of warming up the body and preparing us to get moving! 

  1. High Knees

  2. Butt Kickers

  3. Leg Openers

  4. Frankensteins

  5. Walking (or standing) Twists
