dECO’s mission is to start a conversation about intentional eating and more specifically, educate the community about the world saving effects of regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming. By wearing our shirt, you participate in bringing awareness to the quality of our food, demystifying the confusion of the relationship between animal based foods on their impact on the environment and spreading positivity around the concept of caring about the source of your food.

There is still much to be done about agriculture in the USA, and clarifying the benefits of regenerative agriculture for our bodies, our planet and our communities, is a great first step. Further than misinformation and propaganda in our food industry, there is an absence of education in the conversation surrounding our nutrition. People too often accept the most popular opinion (or option) as fact, even if it’s not true because it is the lowest level of resistance to just eat. There is so much nuance in nutrition yet the conversation remains 2 sided. There is an abundance of grey, and we plan to expand on that.

Lastly, too many provocative brands with intention to start a conversation or persuade, are often rude or inconsiderate to those of opposing viewpoints or simply those unaware or uneducated. We plan to peacefully encourage education and awareness for each individual in their own diet. As we believe it is a human right to be able to make an informed decision about your nutrition.
